By accessing, browsing and/or using the pages in this APAC Tools Web Site, this indicates that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree - please do not access, browse or use this Web Site. If you are currently a party to a distribution arrangement with PLMO Pty Ltd, as the Australian & New Zealand Distributor for APAC Tools, the terms of that agreement will supersede any terms of this Web Site to the extent not consistent.
Pricing
PLMO Pty Ltd, as the Australian distributor for APAC Tools, has exercised care in the establishment of the prices listed on the APAC Tools Web Site, it reserves the right to correct any errors or misprints at any time.
We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to adjust prices due to circumstances beyond our control. The current price list supersedes all previous price lists.
All pricing on the APAC Tools Web Site is in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax), unless otherwise specified. Overseas purchases are GST exempt and this component will be worked out accordingly – please email sales@apactools.com.au to make an order.
A claim for damaged goods in transit is to be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the damaged goods by emailing info@apactools.com.au. A claim for goods not received is to be made within fourteen (14) days of an order being placed and/or funds received by APAC Tools/PLMO Pty Ltd.
Payment
Full payment of ordered goods, including shipping, is to be made prior to goods being despatched by either credit card transaction or electronic funds transfer.
Title of goods
Transfer of the title of goods will only be made once full payment is received by APAC Tools/PLMO Pty Ltd. Until payment has been made, PLMO Pty Ltd reserves the right to hold ownership of goods.
Faulty goods
Products that are faulty due to manufacturing fault may be returned to APAC Tools/PLMO Pty Ltd for repair or replacement (if available and purely at the discretion of PLMO Pty Ltd).
Warranty
terms will be void if the product has been incorrectly used, used for a purpose other than what the product is intended for, general wear and tear and failure to clean and maintain as instructed. PLMO Pty Ltd reserves the right to seek evidence of purchase and details of problems encountered.
Please note: It is your responsibility to check warranty details and terms of use enclosed with your item of purchase. Most products will have a warranty card and Declaration of Conformity booklet included that will outline the correct terms of use and relevant warranty details. Please keep this information along with your invoice/receipt in a safe place.
In the event you need to contact us for a warranty claim, please email us with the following details:
- Your original order number or invoice number.
- Date of your purchase.
- Part number & description of the item you have purchased.
- Full details of the problem.
When we receive your request, we will contact you within 1-3 business days to discuss further or obtain more information with a view to either having the product repaired, replaced (subject to availability) or refund provided (dependent on the nature of the problem).
User ID and passwords
You are fully responsible for the maintenance and security of your login details and password. These details are exclusive to you and you agree not to provide your login identifier and password to any third party. PLMO Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel access to the APAC Tools Web Site, or any part thereof, at any time at our discretion, with or without cause. Your access to this website will expire upon the termination of this Agreement for any cause.
Disclaimer of liability
PLMO Pty Ltd, as the Australian distributor for APAC Tools, has taken care in the provision of information on this website, but reserves the right to correct any errors, faults or misprints at any time. PLMO Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust information on this website at any time and does not take responsibility for changes or upgrades made by the manufacturer to its products in any circumstances beyond its control.

Shipping and Returns Policy
PLMO Pty Ltd, as the Australian & New Zealand Distributor for APAC Tools, is committed to ensuring shipping fees are kept as low as possible. In the event shipping fees exceed the normal rates, we will contact you to discuss.
Placing an order and acceptance
Orders will be despatched when full payment has been received by PLMO Pty Ltd and we are satisfied with sincerity of the order. We are not accountable for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. The placement of an order by you represents an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation prior to despatch for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. (NB: our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way).
Cancellation of order
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to:
- Not provide goods or services;
- Terminate membership accounts;
- Remove or edit content; or
- Cancel orders (or part thereof), at our sole discretion during any time.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by you
Please contact Customer Service immediately should you need to cancel an order. Our agreement with you exists once we have confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, any cancellation is within our sole discretion. Orders not able to be cancelled will be subject to our returns policy.
Delivery of order
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery/shipping address details at the time of placing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We make every effort possible for the efficient delivery of orders via either Australia Post or an independent Courier service. The estimated delivery of parcels within Australia is approximately 3-8 business days, dependent on your location (may be longer for rural areas or oversized items and international orders.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
We request that you make sure you (or someone else) are in attendance at the shipping address to sign for delivery. The couriers we use WILL NOT usually leave the goods unattended unless requested specifically by the recipient. If you think you will not be in attendance, please leave a note for the courier with your delivery instructions. All goods left by the courier at the selected shipping/delivery address is done so at the recipients own risk.
Please note that smaller items (eg. Hand Tools, Air Tools, etc) can be sent to a PO Box address inside Australia, although larger items (eg. Tool Cabinets) can only be shipped to a street address.
You agree that we have satisfied our responsibilities under the terms of agreement when a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or alternative recipient of the order (chosen at the courier’s discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the nominated address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Overseas Orders must be paid for in full via Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Please email sales@apactools.com.au to obtain further information and to place an order.

Re-delivery fees
A re-delivery fee may be charged by the Courier if there is no one in attendance to accept delivery and alternate delivery instructions have not been provided. The re-delivery fee is $10.00 plus $0.40c per kg. This fee will be charged to the credit card (or other) account you used to place your order.
Damaged or faulty goods on delivery
Quality products and customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will organise an exchange or refund for you. You must notify us of any damaged/faulty goods within 7 days of receipt and return the goods within 14 days of receipt to be reimbursed. We will despatch you a replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return. Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to us.
All goods MUST be inspected for damage before you (or nominated recipient) signs the courier’s Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen. By signing the goods as 'received in good condition' you are accepting delivery of goods in that form. Please make sure you (or nominated recipient) checks for any damage to the packaging. If damage is evident, you must write 'DAMAGED' on the Consignment note or PDA screen.
If a product is later believed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to acquire all costs and to follow warranty instructions stated on the product warranty card as detailed by the manufacturer.
Should you object to any of these Terms and conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website).

All credit card payments are processed securely through the DirectOne Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order, as there is no clearance delay. PLMO Pty Ltd does not store any credit card information on our servers.
